Cooling System Kits

A number of people have been asking me to assemble a complete reversed cooling header and thermostat housing kit so it is all ready to install.

So here is what I have come up with - added second kit:

1. This kit is for my cooling system - Concept 4 - Cooling System

This kit is complete and includes:

	Reversed coolant header looking all shiny and new (on exchange) - Coolant Header.htm,
	VW temperature sender for your instrument cluster gauge (drives gauge same as old WBS engine),
	As an option the header can be tapped for aftermarket - 1/8 NPT sender (sender not included),
	Barbed fittings for Burp tank (heater) connection and for thermostat housing connection,
	Thermostat housing kit - Thermostat housing.htm,
	4 feet of 1/2 ID hose to connect up header and thermostat housing (includes two hose clamps),

The Subaru ECU sender is not included - be sure to remove your sender before shipping header to me.

2. This kit is for my cooling system - Concept 5 - Cooling System

This kit is complete and includes:

	Reversed coolant header looking all shiny and new (on exchange) - Coolant Header.htm,
	Barbed fittings for heater connection and for hose to top of pressure tank,
	VW temperature sender for your instrument cluster gauge (drives gauge same as old WBS engine),
	As an option the header can be tapped for aftermarket - 1/8 NPT sender (sender not included),
	1.5 inch SS radiator return pipe with 3/8 NPT SS nipple for bleeder,
	3/8 NPT Tee, Ball Valve and fittings for bleeder
	Thermostat housing kit - Thermostat housing.htm,
	5/8 ID hose to connect from header to Tee and to top of, 86 and up, pressure tank,
	Hose from bottom of, 86 and up, pressure tank to thermostat housing - 1 inch to 1/2 inch.
	7 - SS hose clamps

The Subaru ECU sender is not included - be sure to remove your sender before shipping header to me.

Hoses will have to be cut to suitable length

The price for these complete coolant kits - including the glass bead polishing and the new VW temperature sender - is as follows:

Concept 4 Kit - CAN - $254.00 plus shipping (based on exchange or modifying your header)

Concept 5 Kit - CAN - $372.00 plus shipping (based on exchange or modifying your header)

NOTE:

1) The casting cost, if you do not want to ship your header, is $50.00 USD.

2) The exchange headers are ready for immediate delivery but if you want your header modified allow 3 weeks and the price will be $20.00 more as I will not be able to batch the welding and cleaning (My base price is dependent upon being able to process at least 5 headers at one time).
