Cooling System Kit

A number of people have been asking me to assemble a complete reversed cooling header and thermostat housing kit so it is all ready to install.

So here is what I have come up with:

This kit is complete and includes:

	Reversed coolant header looking all shiny and new (on exchange) - Coolant Header.htm,
	VW temperature sender for your instrument cluster gauge (drives gauge same as old WBS engine),
	As an option the header can be tapped for aftermarket - 1/8 NPT sender (sender not included),
	Barbed fittings for Burp tank (heater) connection and for thermostat housing connection,
	Thermostat housing kit - Thermostat housing.htm,
	4 feet of 1/2 ID hose to connect up header and thermostat housing (includes two hose clamps),

The Subaru ECU sender is not included - be sure to remove your sender before shipping header to me.

The price for this complete coolant kit - including the glass bead polishing and the new VW temperature sender - is as follows:

USD - $248.00 plus shipping (based on exchange or modifying your header)

CAN - $254.00 plus shipping (based on exchange or modifying your header)

If you pay via PayPal I will have to add a service fee as I have not built that into the price.

NOTE:

1) The casting cost, if you do not want to ship your header, is $50.00 USD.

2) The exchange headers are ready for immediate delivery but if you want your header modified allow 3 weeks and the price will be $20.00 more as I will not be able to batch the welding and cleaning (My base price is dependent upon being able to process at least 5 headers at one time).
